1. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are as follows :- 1) Rs 60 for packages below Rs 999 2) Rs 120 for packages between Rs 1000 to Rs 2999 3) Rs 200 for packages above Rs 3000
2. What are the payment options available?

We accept all major Debit/Credit cards , Netbanking , UPI etc. If you face any issues with the payment, please DM us on Instagram @thethreadway or Whatsapp us at +91 8355939697. COD is currently not available.
3. How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Once you place the order, it gets shipped within 3-4 working days. Once shipped, it takes 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered.
4. How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, an email with the tracking ID will be sent to you. In case you face any issue, please drop us an email on hello@thethreadway.in and our team will get back to you.
